Zimbabwe's Senate has approved a constitutional amendment that extends President Mnangagwa's term until twenty thirty. The amendment also changes how Zimbabwe elects its president—parliament will now choose the leader rather than the voting public. According to Al Jazeera English, the measure passed today.
