Romania summons Russia’s ambassador after downing third drone since Friday

Romania has downed three drones over as many days — a shift, given the NATO member had not previously shot down any aircraft despite years of incursions since Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine. An F-16 intercepted the latest in Romanian airspace over the Black Sea. Per The Guardian, Romania is summoning Russia's ambassador in response.
