other

A funeral director in Hull broke families' trust on what a court called an almost industrial scale, according to The Guardian. Robert Bush, who owned Legacy Independent Funeral Directors, pleaded guilty to sixty-seven offences, including thirty counts of preventing lawful and decent burial, after families said their loved ones' bodies were left rotting away. He appeared at Hull crown court on Monday for a five-day sentencing hearing that will determine his punishment.
