Bullets that killed two at Seattle food festival do not match teen shooter’s gun, police say

Investigators in Seattle say the bullets that killed two bystanders during last weekend's food festival shootout do not appear to match the gun fired by a 15-year-old arrested at the scene, according to court documents filed Wednesday. Police say the teen sprayed an untraceable so-called ghost gun into the crowd, but preliminary ballistics testing didn't connect those rounds to the fatal shots. The Guardian reports police have linked the shooting to gang violence, though they have not said who fired the bullets that killed the two victims.
