FTC sues Hims & Hers for allegedly sharing patients’ medical data with advertisers Meta and Snap

The Federal Trade Commission is suing Hims & Hers, an online prescriber for sexual wellness and mental health medications. According to TechCrunch, the FTC alleges the company used website trackers to share patients' medical data with major advertisers Meta and Snap.
