Spain to deploy military to restore order in Ceuta after thousands of people breach Morocco’s border

Spain says it will deploy the military to Ceuta, its enclave in North Africa, after hundreds of migrants crossed from Morocco on Thursday, mostly by swimming, with nine deaths reported in the crossing. France 24 reports that Italy is now considering suspending the Schengen free-travel agreement with Spain amid the fallout.
