Rocket Report: New launch rule may limit environmental regulations, Falcon 9 to hit Moon

Rocket Lab has landed its largest launch contract to date—two hundred sixty-six million dollars from the US Space Force for twelve suborbital launches with options for up to six additional missions. Per Ars Technica, this came as part of a big week for U.S. launch companies, with SpaceX also winning significant military contracts for Falcon 9. Rocket Lab's first launch under this deal is expected no earlier than the end of twenty twenty-six.
