'Humanitarian emergency' as influx of migrants overwhelms Spanish enclave Ceuta

RFI reports that some sixty thousand migrants crossed into Spain's north African enclave of Ceuta from Morocco within a twenty-four hour span between Thursday and Friday, leaving at least thirty-four people dead. Spanish authorities have called it a humanitarian emergency. In response, France has tightened controls along its border with Spain.
