Sam Fender and Olivia Dean’s Rein Me In breaks 73-year record to become longest-running UK No 1 single

According to The Guardian, Sam Fender and Olivia Dean's duet Rein Me In has become the longest-running UK number one single ever, breaking a seventy-three-year-old record. The previous title holder was Frankie Laine's I Believe, which spent eighteen weeks at number one back in nineteen fifty-three, during the very first year of the UK singles chart.
