Scores injured as earthquake hits near Naples in seismic swarm

A four point seven magnitude earthquake struck near Naples on Friday night, injuring at least twenty-one people and forcing more than two hundred fifty evacuations. The Guardian reports the quake hit Campi Flegrei, home to Europe's largest volcanic crater, damaging buildings and a pier and knocking out power and public transport. It's the strongest tremor to hit the southern Italian region in forty years.
