Spain's Ceuta navigates aftermath of border surge after most migrants return to Morocco

Ceuta was easing back to normal this weekend, France 24 reports, after a two-day surge sent as many as sixty thousand people crossing into the Spanish exclave from Morocco. At least seventy-two migrants died, and most of those who arrived have since returned to Morocco, leaving residents to sort through the humanitarian, political and social fallout.
