Spain's Ceuta navigates aftermath of border surge as most migrants return home

Ceuta was easing back to normal over the weekend, France 24 reports, after an unprecedented surge sent as many as sixty thousand migrants across the border from Morocco into the Spanish exclave in just two days. At least seventy-two migrants died, and most of those who arrived had already returned to Morocco, but residents were still grappling with the humanitarian, political, and social fallout.
