UK’s first ‘super-university’, merging Greenwich and Kent, to launch in September

The Guardian reports that the universities of Greenwich and Kent are merging to create the UK's first 'super-university,' launching this September. The new London and South East University Group will serve more than fifty thousand students across four campuses in London, Medway, and Kent, making it the third largest higher education institution in the UK.
