Dead people booked for surgeries in NT public hospitals

ABC News reports that dead people are being scheduled for surgeries at Northern Territory public hospitals, a flaw in the Acacia patient record system. The three hundred thirty-five million dollar platform has apparently been booking operations for deceased patients.
