Ukraine reportedly strikes Russian technological university where drones were being developed

A fire broke out at Belgorod State Technological University in Russia after what local Telegram channels describe as a Ukrainian drone strike, according to Meduza. The channel Pepel reported the building hit was used to develop and test drones, and that it burned down completely, while another channel, Exilenova+, cited local residents describing explosions in the area. Regional authorities had issued overnight warnings about a possible drone attack but officially reported no strikes or aftermath, Meduza notes.
