Per The Texas Tribune, Senator John Cornyn has reached a deal to scrap the Justice Department's anti-weaponization fund, resolving a standoff over Todd Blanche's nomination to be U.S. attorney general. The agreement comes after President Trump indicated he might withdraw Blanche's nomination.
