Most Sydney road tolls to keep rising after Transurban accused of blocking reforms

Per The Guardian, Sydney's largest toll road, WestConnex, will continue rising at least four percent a year after the private operator Transurban was accused of blocking the state government's reform efforts. The state announced a toll-cut deal on Monday, but only a handful of Sydney's roads will receive the cuts as the city's total tolling bill surpasses one billion dollars.
