Nicci just lost her husband. Now she fears she'll lose her support

Nicci Carlson is living with constant pain and the possible loss of her eyesight — and now, following the death of her husband, she fears losing her NDIS support too. The NDIS is Australia's National Disability Insurance Scheme, which funds support for people with permanent disabilities.
