SCDF seeks powers to take action against suppliers of non-compliant bomb shelter products

Channel NewsAsia reports that Singapore's Civil Defence Force is seeking new powers to regulate bomb shelter products. If the Bill passes, SCDF would be able to issue directions to suppliers and others in the supply chain if there are reasonable grounds to believe a shelter product is non-compliant.
