A soldier killed four people, including civilians, in Crimea, according to the peninsula's Moscow-installed governor, Euronews reports. Crimea, annexed by Russia from Ukraine in twenty fourteen, has for weeks been under Ukrainian strikes aimed at disrupting the logistics of Russian forces in southern Ukraine.
