MI6 is top European foreign intelligence service, finds peer review

Britain's MI6 has been ranked Europe's top foreign intelligence service by a peer review, The Guardian reports. Sixty professionals from twenty-five countries gave the Secret Intelligence Service two hundred fifty-one points, placing it ahead of France and the Netherlands. Reviewers commended MI6 for recruiting high-level informants and penetrating the ruling elites in Russia, China, Iran, and Turkey.
