Trim construction kit with Ableton Live

tech

Per Adafruit Blog, Paul Drongowski has demonstrated a workflow for preparing audio stems in Ableton Live Intro to work with the Teenage Engineering EP-40, a hardware drum machine and music-production device. The technique involves importing loops and samples, slowing the tempo from one hundred twenty-five beats per minute to sixty-two point five BPM to match the hardware's feel, recording and trimming the sequence, and then exporting individual tracks as WAV files. The full tutorial covers clip alignment, loop-point setting, and export settings—a bridge between software and hardware music production.
