NASA and Roscosmos continue seat barter agreement

SpaceNews reports that NASA and Roscosmos have agreed to continue their seat-swap arrangement, with American astronauts flying on Russian Soyuz rockets and Russian cosmonauts aboard American Crew Dragon capsules. The ongoing agreement does not yet extend to Boeing's Starliner spacecraft.
