Russian strikes target Ukraine's Kharkiv and Sumy regions, killing at least six

At least six people were killed in Russian strikes on Ukraine overnight into Thursday, three in the Kharkiv region city of Balakliia and three more in the northern Sumy region, France 24 reports. Separately, Russian forces also struck two dry cargo vessels near Ukraine's Black Sea port of Odesa late Wednesday.
