Judges dismiss 'excessive' jail sentence complaint from Cassius Turvey's killer

A man convicted over the killing of Perth teenager Cassius Turvey has lost his appeal against his nine-year jail sentence. He'd argued the term was manifestly excessive, but judges dismissed the complaint, ABC News reports.
