Scorching record-breaking heatwave 'unequivocally' due to climate change

Europe is enduring a scorching heatwave, and climate scientists say human-caused climate change is unequivocally responsible for its intensity. According to France 24, a similar heat event in June would have been roughly three point five degrees Celsius cooler without climate warming. The current episode even surpasses the two thousand three European heatwave, which killed tens of thousands. Scientists attribute the amplified temperatures to the signature of human-driven climate change.
