Shanghai cancels 1,300 flights as China prepares for Typhoon Dolphin

Typhoon Dolphin is forcing Shanghai to cancel roughly thirteen hundred flights, according to The Hindu. The city's Hongqiao and Pudong airports are cancelling about sixty percent of their Sunday flights, a massive disruption to the region's transport network.
