Middle East live: Iran issues list of demands for reopening Strait of Hormuz

According to France 24, Iran has issued a list of demands for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, the critical waterway through which much of the world's oil flows. The demands include compensation for war damages. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said talks with Oman are approaching their final stages, though the reopening remains subject to other conditions.
