Iran Guards say won’t reopen Hormuz without U.S. meeting all Tehran’s conditions

Iran's security chief Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr on Saturday laid out conditions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most critical energy corridors.
