Russia and Ukraine traded overnight strikes that left seven people dead and many more injured, The Hindu reports. In Russia's Belgorod border region, Ukrainian drones killed five people and injured two dozen others, including a four-year-old boy, according to regional officials. The two sides have exchanged near-daily strikes across the border area since the war began in 2022.
