Phys.org is reporting that Hong Kong's weather observatory recorded a record high temperature of thirty-six point nine degrees Celsius—ninety-eight degrees Fahrenheit—on Sunday. The heat coincided with Typhoon Dolphin sweeping warm air over the city.
