UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has announced a crackdown on what he calls misleading consumer practices, The Guardian reports. The plan includes banning fake discounts and making it easier for customers to cancel unwanted subscriptions. Burnham expects these measures to save consumers four hundred million pounds per year and says they're the first in a series of 'everyday fixes' coming in the months ahead.
