A powerful 7.4 magnitude earthquake has struck Colombia, and The Guardian reports at least 22 people are dead. More than two dozen structures collapsed in Cali, one of the country's largest cities, trapping people inside, according to mayor Alejandro Eder. Bogota and Medellin have been asked to send disaster teams to support rescue efforts as the search continues.
