Middle East Eye reports that Libya's General Electricity Company says an attack on the South Zawiya substation has caused a complete, wide-scale power outage affecting areas south of the city. The company says repeated targeting has inflicted severe damage to the power station and forced it to withdraw its technical teams. Officials warned that continued attacks may cause further delays in electricity maintenance and restoration.
