Venezuela talks end with agreement on judicial reform and frozen funds

Venezuela's interim government and opposition concluded their first round of talks with two agreements, per France 24: reforming the Supreme Tribunal of Justice and seeking access to frozen reserves at the Bank of England. The funds are intended to finance recovery from June's devastating earthquakes.
