NASA Establishes State Hubs to Grow Technical Aerospace Workforce

NASA has awarded roughly ten point five million dollars to seven institutions to create new state-based pathways for students entering the aerospace industry. As NASA News tells it, these "State Hubs" will connect community colleges and high schools with industry employers to train high-demand technical workers, such as machinists, electricians, and welders. The initiative aims to address an urgent need for skilled talent as the agency works toward returning humans to the Moon and eventually reaching Mars.
