The Plymouth Brethren Christian Church has denied allegations that it secretly funded far-right influencers to stage stunts targeting Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and other politicians. As The Guardian reports, a church director testified at a parliamentary inquiry into the twenty twenty-five election, calling reports of these payments a complete lie. The church also refuted claims that it coordinated hundreds of volunteers to support Liberal candidates at polling booths across the country.
