2,500 dead and rising: UN says DR Congo Ebola outbreak 'growing exponentially'

The United Nations is reporting that an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo is growing exponentially. According to France 24, more than two thousand five hundred deaths have been recorded, with half of those occurring in the last twenty days. This is already the largest outbreak in the country's history and is spreading faster than any previous record of the virus.
