The parents of Chloe Moffat are considering a wrongful death lawsuit after a coroner ruled this month that a disciplinary process at the Treasury materially contributed to the twenty-six year old's suicide. As The Guardian reports, the couple spent a year seeking answers regarding why their daughter took her own life last May while working as a personal assistant for the government department.
