Compact discs are seeing a resurgence in popularity, as searches for CD players have jumped ninety-six percent since July, per The Guardian. The retailer John Lewis reports that some popular models are already sold out online, including the seventy-nine pound Crosley Voyager and the one hundred twenty-nine pound Pure Classic C-D six. This trend may be driven by students purchasing music systems for their university rooms.
