Rescue window closing in Venezuela as quake death toll mounts

Twin earthquakes have devastated Venezuela, killing more than one thousand four hundred fifty people. Emergency rescue teams with trained dogs searched Sunday for any remaining survivors, but the critical seventy-two-hour window for finding trapped victims has now passed.
