Among the ongoing rescue efforts, teams from Venezuela, Mexico, and El Salvador have pulled a twenty-one-year-old man from the rubble in La Guaira. Aaron Levi Cantillo Vargas had been trapped under a building, and El Salvador's president called the operation a miracle, crediting the coordinated effort of rescuers working tirelessly across borders to save his life.
