According to Adafruit, a maker named Kirtash has created Capsule Radar—a three-D printed desk gadget that displays live air traffic in your area. The device connects over WiFi to a free online ADS-B feed to pull real-time aircraft data, plotting them on a glowing circular radar display. Planes are color-coded by altitude, with an animated rotating sweep hand and fading trails. The three-D print files are available for download, so anyone with a printer and basic electronics can build their own aviation observatory.
