Connecticut’s new solar law is better than nothing

Earlier this month, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont signed legislation to advance solar energy adoption. According to Canary Media, the law extends renewable energy incentives, launches a community solar program, authorizes plug-in solar installations, and requires automated residential solar permitting. These provisions are intended to facilitate solar adoption across the state.
