Thai police investigate if Australian man charged over 17-year-old girl’s murder linked to other unsolved cases

Thai police have charged an Australian man, Simon Peter Carman, in connection with the murder of a seventeen-year-old girl, Thunchanok Donhomla. According to The Guardian, police in Pattaya are also investigating whether Carman may be linked to two other unsolved deaths in the region over the past two years. While investigators have noted similarities between the cases, police say there is currently no evidence establishing a connection. The superintendent of Pattaya City police station told The Guardian they are pursuing the investigation given those potential parallels.
