Monaco prosecutors say no ‘terror’ evidence after blast, suspect at large

According to Al Jazeera, authorities in Monaco are searching for a suspect who fled the scene after placing an explosive device at a building entrance. Three people were wounded in the blast. Prosecutors say there is no evidence at this time suggesting the incident was terror-related.
