Federal judge again halts Trump’s executive order limiting mail voting in midterms

The Guardian reports that a federal judge has again blocked President Trump's executive order limiting mail-in voting, just about a week before the first ballots are due to be sent out for the midterm elections. Judge Indira Talwani placed a fourteen-day hold on the order, marking the second time it has been stalled. The case could head back to the Supreme Court, which on Monday overturned an earlier ruling that had blocked the order.
