Nepal-Tibet flash flood live updates: death toll rises to 469, police say; debris-clogged river at risk of flooding again

The death toll from Wednesday's flash flood in Nepal has climbed to four hundred sixty-nine, Nepal police report, up by eighty from the previous count. More than one thousand three hundred people remain missing, including hundreds of tourists from India, the US, Britain, Australia, and Canada, as search and recovery efforts continue across the disaster area.
