How much of your life do you spend on social media?

According to Al Jazeera's World Social Media Day breakdown, billions of users spend an average of two to three hours daily on social platforms. That's roughly forty days per year scrolling. For teenagers, the numbers are even higher—four to five hours daily is common. Collectively, we're dedicating enormous chunks of our waking lives to feeds and stories. It's a stark reminder of how thoroughly these platforms have woven themselves into our daily routine.
