About 1,200 BTO flats in Toa Payoh, Sin Ming to have shorter waiting time of under 3 years

Channel NewsAsia says about twelve hundred Build-to-Order flats in Toa Payoh and Sin Ming will be allocated in under three years. The two new BTO projects aim to shorten the typical waiting period for applicants. BTO, Singapore's public housing scheme, builds flats only after enough buyers commit.
